It is an independent private institution established to conduct commercial mediation and arbitration activities at the international and regional levels, as a legal means of resolving disputes in accordance with the will and agreement of the parties. The Academy's Board of Trustees includes an elite group of scholars and jurists in international arbitration from the Arab world. We seek to qualify a new generation of Arab arbitrators and qualified cadres to work in this sensitive field, through continuous and advanced training using the latest scientific and technological techniques, at the hands of an elite group of law professors and specialized arbitrators.
